Josh Conn is the lead and founding pastor of 217church, planted in 2009 in Central New Jersey.  Josh is also executive coach of Activate Coaching, coaching leaders across the United States.  His passion has always been to help others achieve excellence through coaching and communicating for life transformation.  He has a passion for the adoption and foster care community, has a master’s degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, and is an ordained pastor in the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

He has been married to his college sweetheart Summer for 24+ years and they live in Hamilton, NJ with their six amazing children, Lilly, Titus, Eddy, Godfrey, Lydia and William.
